[ Container and Container Cargo]

In order to comply with the modernization of sea and land transportation toward containerization, ASC has obtained authorization from Korean customs to issue certificate for container cargoes. When vanning cargo into containers, ASC inspects condition of container, container stowage plan, and confirm packaging, marking, number and quantity of the cargo to be containerized. When devanning from the containers, ASC inspects sealing of containers, and confirms cargo condition as well as marking, number and quantity of the cargo. When any damage is found, we conduct surveys on the cause and extents of damages. Our inspection for containers includes following services; - 1. Inspection and testing of containers. 2. Inspection for cargo worthiness. 3. Damage/repair of container. 4. Damage survey of container cargo. 5. Dangerous cargo containerization. 6. Loading/stowage of container cargo.
